Legal notices, terms and conditions

Le Boomerang Terms and Conditions

We want you to have a happy holiday so we ask you to read and note the following terms and conditions.

Deposits

A deposit of 25% of the accommodation price is required to be paid at the time of booking in order to secure the holiday dates you have requested.  In the event that you book your holiday less than eight weeks prior to your arrival at Le Boomerang, full payment is required at time of booking, (see below).

Payments

Final payment of your account is due eight weeks prior to arrival date.  In the event that settlement is not received by this time we reserve the right to terminate our contract with you, retaining any deposits paid and re-couping any additional charges occurred by us.

Cancellation

Should you need to cancel your holiday with us this must be advised in writing by the party leader.

You will be liable to cancellation charges, as detailed below, and these will be calculated from date of notice is received by us whether by post or e-mail.

Cancellation by us

In the unlikely event that we have to cancel your reservation, we will refund all monies paid to us at the time of cancellation (except in the case of a force majeure, see below).  We cannot be held responsible for any other costs incurred by you.

Force Majeure

We cannot accept responsibility for changes to, or cancellation of, your holiday caused by events beyond our control.  For example, changes caused by war, threat of war, riots, civil strife, strikes, industrial action, terrorist activity, natural disasters, fire, technical problems to transport, closure of airports, closure of roads, adverse weather conditions, heavy snow, avalanche and similar events beyond our control.

Client Behaviour

We ask that all clients behave in a way that does not cause offence, or danger, to other guests and employees of Le Boomerang.  Should a client continue to behave in an unacceptable or unreasonable manner we reserve the right to cancel their contract with us.  Such clients will be asked to leave the premises immediately.  No refund will be made.  Guests are liable for any damages caused by them during their stay.

Insurance

For your own protection all guests should have suitable travel insurance.  Participation in hazardous activities is entirely at the clients’ own risk.

Complaints

We ask that any complaints are raised during your stay in order that we may try to rectify the problem.

Arrival and Departure

We endeavour to have your rooms ready by 15.00 on the day of arrival.  Rooms should be vacated no later than 10.00am on day of departure.

Any information provided by us is given in good faith.  We cannot accept responsibility for changes due to circumstances outwith our control.
